What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can exchange your item or get a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. Return postage costs will not be covered. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, nor have a strong smell.
What is Reclaimed Fabric?

Reclaimed fabric is the surplus, unused materials from manufacturers that is sold on at a reduced rate. This means that we are able to significantly reduce production costs and pass these savings on to our customers. Using reclaimed fabric also reduces the need for more dying and bleaching which can be harmful to the environment.
What are the payment options?

We accept most cards available in the UK as well as apple pay.
Do you sell gift cards?

We do not currently sell gift cards but may consider them in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this is something that would be of interest.
Do you plan to sell other types of clothes?

We have an interest in outwear at Vaughan Anson and are committed to designing different styles of Kimonos as well as coats and jackets.
